Android device with external USB camera

We have the below problem and need a solution. Please bid if you have a solution! The problem: Android devices do not detect external USB camera as video device. Underlying reason is that the UVC video drivers are not present in the kernel and that the previous Android Camera API did not support it. Things that were tried to resolve the problem: An attempt was made to port the application to React Native, to preserve as much existing code as possible. Unfortunately, this was proven to be impossible as React Native ecosystem does not provide libraries that provide the same functionality and interoperability already present in the Browser context (like canvas and video elements; and WebRTC and MediaStream APIs). What was achieved is the detection of USB Camera by using UVCCamera from the Github repository saki4510t/UVCCamera.
