3 Axis Optical Recognition Measurement

3 Axis Optical Recognition Measurement Requirement: We are looking for a demo project to test how useful OpenCV image recognition is for our purpose. This prototype is for MEASUREMENT only. It should find and track 3 rectangular blocks in the camera, looking down at the blocks directly above the centre block as shown in the picture attached. These blocks are moved by a person along 3 straight rulers. The project should measure these 3 movements in cm and fill in a form automatically for each person undergoing this movement test. The Biodata of each person will be read in from an Excel file. The software should work on PC, IOS or Android. Algorithm: Please use only OpenCV “out of the box” algorithm for this project and use the latest OpenCV version V4.1. The purpose of the project is to see how good the measurement is compared to measurement by ruler. The project should be delivered as C++ in Visual Studio project with all required files and compile without warnings. Please comment your code well. Operating system: The app must only work on on Windows 7 and higher, in SAAS mode. Candidate: You should have completed at least two 4-5 star rated projects
