Build a mobile app with Xamarin and VisualStudio. Target build for Android & iOS.

The app needs to have the following:
1. Login/ Sign Up screen. Sign up with their mobile phone # with SMS text to the phone to complete verification. User then can choose to login enabling their device's fingerprint reader and/or their phone # & SMS text confirmation # thereafter.
2. After successful login, user is directed to a main landing screen where the menu on the top controls the webviews in the bottom of the screen.
The app will need to pass to the main landing page the following:
[] the phone#
[] the unique device ID as provided by the respective phone OS for use.
[] the user's current location from their device's gps (with appropriate permission request prompts)
Main landing screen will list 3 topics with Opt-in with checkboxes for Notification. Food, Deals, Events. User can opt in all or none, not required. Upon check box checked, a call to a secure endpoint posting the user's location (from above), uniqueID, phone# along with the topic selected.
3. A contact us webpage with 3 text fields: Name, Comment (1000 characters limit) AND an option to attach a PICTURE either from browsing their photos taken OR via the phone's camera.
Submission of this form takes user to the Thank you webpage. The submitted data needs to be posted to an secure endpoint to be provided. Once again the basic 3 key pieces of information: the user's location (from above), uniqueID, phone# should be posted along with the contact form fields & values.
