Implement feature in my android app android app bug fixing for Android 11

On Click Choose or Browse button(File Upload) in Chrome Browser of any website, my custom camera app need to open in Android 11. I am having a app which uses camera and take photo then compress the image size then upload to website.. i need a feature where once i click on the Choose or Browse button(File Upload) in Chrome Browser of any website, my custom camera app need to display in the choose an action box (in Android 11), then i will take photo and compress the image and upload on same choose or browse field. reference image is attached. reference image is from android 9 but i need same in android 11.
