Hello! I have worked on a similar project, using Yolov3, you need two solutions for this, one project for training your CNN model and another one to consume the previously trained model into a phone meant by using Tensorflow. I can develop both of them. I'll use python for the learning part and Yolo. And a Native Kotlin Android app. The lowest part is to train your initial CNN model, it always depends on how complex are the features that you want to detect.
