Developp a car-pooling mobile app + website + widget

Me and my associates already have a beta version, made by a company but we are not satisfied with the result. We are looking for someone doing a better job, for a reasonable price.
The concept, which makes us different is that everything is FREE and ALL USES ARE POSSIBLE.
Soon, we will introduce a crypto-currency to reward all our users, but later.
The desired features are the following.
=== Technical
-- App: iOS + Android. Native only, NO web-app. OS Windows phone not necessary.
-- Website: Must be easy to maintain and fix.
You will provide the source code and resources files.
-- Widget: Create some preset rides in 2 clicks or so.
-- Languages: French and English. We provide French translations, give us a resource file. Other languages come later.

Should be able to do everything that the app makes + explain the concept.
=== Mobile App features
1/ All usual features of a car-pooling app:
* create/manage account,
* browse rides on a map and in a list, look at summary/details of any ride,
* manage requests (for your own rides or created by someone else),
* manage your rides offers, keep an history,
* Leave comments and rate your co-riders,
* Help for each step,
* Good ergonomic design, easy to use, simple to understand how it works and what it does.
2/ Less common features:
* Home page: map, centered around the user's current location, displaying all rides departures locations.
- Map can be filtered by departure location, destination location, departure time range.
- Spots on the map show the type of ride that is proposed (see pic attached).
* Built-in chat feature.
* One click locations : Home, Office and Current location.
* After the ride, congratulation message, can be shared
=== Widget features
Create a ride offer in two clicks:
- from current location,
- preset destinations: Home and Office,
- departure time = current time + 15 minutes, valid for 1 hour max.
- Choices "I am a driver" or not, and "I have a car" or not.
=== Terms
App will be published under our own name.
Please deliver source code and all resource files. In return, if we are satisfied, we may give you extra work for next features or other apps.
