I have a responsive web site that I would like to frame in a flutter app for cross platform compatibility.

The app is only a simple web view, I will provide the URL.

The basic requirements are:

1) load the given URL that is stored in the app. No web address bar is required.

2) To ensure the session cookies are stored and not discarded on app close

3) The ability to handle PDF files that are displayed in the webapp as a href with target_blank when clicked. Ideally this should display or download external to the app or if in-app make sure a back button exists to allow navigation back to the sending page.

4) I require an iOS and Android version of this app. I will supply the app icon.
