Hello Sir, After reading the project description, I understand that : 1) You want an application that can send triggers to app users. 2) This contents/triggers are available only to paid users. 3) You want a payment system integration within the app to collect payments automatically from your users. 4) There must be an admin panel for managing users & other data. 5) NOT SURE : Will there be an algorithm within the app to send triggers to your user OR you will send triggers manually to them using admin panel. All of the above points are doable. Though I am new to "freelancer", I have 4 years of experience in making hybrid apps (apps which can run on IOS & Android with minimal modification).
