I need someone to make me an application that can run on iPhone, iPod, iPad, and Android devices. Here are all of the specifications:

When [login to view URL] releases very limited sneakers on their website, they sell out within seconds.

1. Must have a login area where user must input email address and password. (You need to create some sort of online admin section where I can control who has access to login and how long (ex: 4/5/14-4/7/14).

2. Once logged in, user must be presented with an interface with input boxes. "SKU #" should be one box. "Desired Size" should be another box.

3. The user must input the SKU # of the Nike sneaker and select their desired size from a dropdown menu (8,8.5,9,9.5, etc.)

4. Once the user has selected the "Start" button, the application must do the following:

A. It must monitor [login to view URL] until they release a product on their website with the given SKU #. Here is the page where Nike announces every product's Style Code or SKU #. [login to view URL]

B. Once the application finds the product, it must open the link in the phone's web browser. This process must be instant. Nothing slower than instant. No delay whatsoever.

C. Once on the page, the application must select the sneaker size and add the product to the cart.

This application must be available in the App Store, etc. for download.
