I have a c++ native library working on Android that receiving images from IPCamera and convert it to java bytearray. On java side app takes this byteararays and convert it to bitmap and put it to imageview. I tried to make this c++ library on java side. Used OkSocket and succeed to connect socket. But when receive data from socket couldn't parse it as a bitmap (java byte array). Need help for parsing data and convert it to java bitmap. I will share c++ library and my java example to freelancer.

I work with image sensor in C++ developing some devices to capture fingerprint image. With IP cameras, several times we have rtsp, that has inside it one mpeg, h264 or any other... If is this case will be a little more dificult. But if you are getting frames in bitmap, png, jpeg or another image format, is simple to convert it to any other format you desire. I can help you with both cases.
