Simple vehicle LED control app/program for iOS, Andriod apps and PC program

We need apps and program to control our PIC based LED control module manually by our customer easily. We are an automotive custom lighting company. Customer purchases our LEDs and make their own sequential turn signals. We are selling our own modules, but need a new program to put manual taste by our customer. Like, Using their own cellphones, they can put some sequential order by themselves, and send the program to the module by bluetooth, some of our competitors have a great example but i will let you know when we start to do something together. We can develop PIC based circuits and make the bluetooth modules by our self, we just need fast turn around programming person now. Also, regular update will be needed. This is my first time using this site by my close friend's recommendation, hope we can do some thing great and satisfy the results each other. Thank you.
