Hello mate I built an application just like that in Xamarin forms , the application was supposed to gather data from local business based on questions that can change based on the survey . Offline access was also allowed . I think we can use Cosmos DB on azure to store the results , to ensure the fastest execution time possible . Btw we are in the same time zone and I worked with several UK based companies one of them was creating wearables for athletes to anticipate injuries using machine learning .
