hi

i would like someone to develop a micro service based on Node js for real time alerts. This service will be integrated to existing infrastructure.

The existing application has got number of microservices, admin portal and client portal. The requirement is to develop Angular 1 based alert notification system. Admin should be able to add alert through admin UI. All the browser clients should be able to see that alert in real time on top of their browser screen.

Admin can post multiple alerts and browser client should be able see all.

If the client didn't have browser opened then the alert should be shown when the application is opened.

Client should be able to remove the alert from queue.

I would like to get this delivered asap.
