Neolth is a cloud-based platform that helps health care professionals connect their patients to personalized integrative wellness practices for stress reduction. Neolth also allows health care professionals to monitor patient emotional health and monitor patient engagement in wellness practices in between office visits. After registering on the platform, the patient completes a digital assessment of their health information. This information is filtered through an algorithm with rules created by an Integrative Health Specialist to provide the initial wellness practice recommendations. Neolth also send monthly monitoring reports to the referring health care professionals regarding the patient’s emotional health and engagement in wellness practices. Neolth is a pioneering program in that it will serve as a referral and monitoring system for personalized integrative wellness practices, involving health care professionals in whole person health.
