Hi i have checked the file which you attached. and i understand very well. first we need to create the models and character with rigging and animation would be near about 1 min to be complete. Relevant Skills and Experience the over all cost for this project is $450 and freelancer charges. where all model need to be created and rig all the model texturing lightening and then animation and after animation will be render Proposed Milestones $444 USD - over all project cost this would takes 2 weeks to be finish.
