Create an animated, approx. 3min video for a cryptocurrency project

We are a cryptocurrency project that is designing a quantum-resistant blockchain network, due for release in early 2018. We are hoping to make a short promotional/explainer video, approximately 3 minutes in length (+/- 30s), animated, to serve as our first piece of content on YouTube. The visual style we have in mind is that it should be clean, coherent, and easy to understand. We recognize that we are talking about some very complicated things in a short time, so we tried to simplify things as much as possible for easy understanding on the part of the viewer.
Depending on how things go, we may be interested in 1-2 more videos down the line, as our network is launched and we reach other development milestones.
Currently, we have a basic A/V script that has already been internally approved. What we need first is a storyboard of that script, and then of course the actual animating of the video.
Currently, we were planning on purchasing voice over work and background music elsewhere on the internet, however if that is something that you could provide, we would be open to discussing what additional charges that would incur.
