A short explainer video for a new website

I want to promote the website [login to view URL] through a short video that will show how it works and what it is. It will contain shots from the website operations of course, plus some other fancy special effects (like After Effects, for instance) to make it more attractive to the viewer and convey what [login to view URL] actually offers.
I have come up with a sample script (please see attached), which however can be altered or ameliorated by you, no problem, as long as the message I am trying to convey gets through. What I insist on is a _professional look_, That is no ugly 2D characters (animated or not), resembling sketches drawn by 6-year-old kids etc, nor 'flat' letters repeating (writting) everything the narrator reads anyway.
If necessary, we might as well use icons to convey our message, but in that case let the icons be 3D and colored (there are numerous libraries with those). Why use a 'flat', 2D image of, say, a stack of gold coins when there are very beautiful 3D depictions of that?
Also some use of 'shadows' and 'lighting' (as well as After Effects perhaps) will give our video a more distinctive character. For instance, if we show a picture, let it have some shadow in Photoshop instead of showing like a dimension-less 'sticker' on a blank background.
In short, I don't require 2D or 3D animation of characters etc necessarily, but a nice, eye-catching flow of the script. The last part of the video (page 2 of the attached script) will mostly show how the subscription process works and how the games are played and users get ranked based on their scores, as if there was a screen-capturing software taping some user browsing through the website (but in a more fancy, professional manner, of course), so that makes things even easier.
A native British or American narrator will be used.
Regarding the budget, I cannot go too far above $400.
Duration of the video: not more than 90 seconds. Actually, the shorter and more comprehensive the presentation, the better.
