Reference site: <[login to view URL]> I would like to create one intro page using the same animation as the intro page for as the referenced site but customizing it for my needs. But basically keeping the same idea and just change what I have outlined below. **A)** Use the following Pictures for the picture bubble: 1. Quality & Compliance ([login to view URL]) 2. Support Organizations ([login to view URL]) 3. Data Operations ([login to view URL]) 4. Product Development ([login to view URL]) 5. Customer & Business Mgmt ([login to view URL]) **B)** Use the [login to view URL] for the middle picture. **C)** Use a light gray for the background **D)** I would like to when I click on one of the bubbles it takes me to a link ( I would like to be able to edit this hyperlink , as in I would like to be able to edit the link since it will change constantly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
