For my bid, you will get a complete front and back end of a management system. You will have a database with all students, and an app that will allow you to manage and see information about them. Relevant Skills and Experience I am working with Microsoft SQL, combined with C# + WPF. On my college we are working with Java and Oracle SQL. If you want it to be a web app, I can do that too, I know AngularJS and Bootstrap.
