I have seen your code and there are few mistakes you can not connect relay coil to a Nano pin like that, not only the nano will keep booting every time you the coil gets voltage, but you are stressing the pin by sourcing lot of current than It can supply you need resistor-transistor circuit between nano pin and your relay coil, not to mention the freewheeling diode connected across the coil in reverse bias mode your analog current sensory circuit looks really simple than It should be, you need diode to prevent negative volts going to the analog pin or you will kill your Nano send me a message for more discussion please
