I'm a seasoned employer on Freelancer (50+ projects with 5.0 star rating). However, I've recently decided to foray into the employee side of this site. I am an independent contractor, who has a history of high-quality content creation for website, blogs, social media, manuals, employee guides, policies and procedures (for example) - which I'm happy to share upon request.
I have BA with a concentration in English and have been told on numerous occasions how well I write. I am self motivated and a thorough researcher. I ensure I'm up-to-speed on a subject before I delve into a job, ensuring content has the tone, accuracy and construct needed. I produce high-quality work effectively and within deadlines prescribed. Also, I'm capable of asking for direction / guidance when needed.
Finally, I'm Canadian. This makes logistics a tad bit easier than working with international employees. Based on my years of experience on Freelancer, I've had some issues with time zones, language restrictions and fast and efficient turnaround times.
To sum up. I'm not exactly sure what I'm bidding / committing too in terms of a bid. Am I committing to one article or many? What are the timelines per article? Etc. I'm open to discuss specifics, if you are interested. In the end, I am actively looking towards becoming a full-time writer and hopefully working with a quality business that will benefit from my experience while meeting and exceeding your objectives.
