We need a professional writer & English teacher to write an IELTS (oral English) textbook / reference book.
We are planning to write a textbook / reference books to help Chinese candidates pass the IELTS exam.
The main content of the book is collection of some authentic English phrases, idioms, and expressions. They will be classified under different TOPICs, so that the candidates can get easy access to them when it comes to a certain TOPIC. As a result, the candidates can reach higher standard and use more authentic English in oral English exam to conform to 7-point standard of IELTS exam:
--Use vocabulary resource flexibly to discuss a variety of topics;
--Use some less common and idiomatic vocabulary and show some awareness of style and collocation;
--Uses paraphrase effectively.
We plan to select about 300 to 400 pieces of English phrases, idioms, and expressions, as well as their expansions –about 1000 pieces of synonymous phrases and antonyms, which will be illustrated in sample sentences.
We will discuss the specific structure and content of the book. After reaching an agreement, you will be solely responsible for the preparation of this textbook.
Budget for this entire project is $ 1,000. It needs to be done within two weeks.
Ability required:
1. You should be a native English speaker, and master British English proficiently.
2. You'd better have English teaching experience, or the experience of compiling English study books or blogs independently.
3. You can use others’ blog, books, dictionaries, or reference book for reference, but you must not plagiarize.
4. You should know and be familiar with IELTS exam. If you have IELTS or teaching experience, that will works in your favor.
