Lighting System & Controls Design (Architectural Lighting Design, Interior, Exterior and Site Lighting Design, Lighting Control Designs, Life Safety Lighting Design, Daylighting Design, LEED Certification, Lighting System Commissioning) 2. Code Evaluation (Code Compliance Assessment, Life Safety Surveys, Independent Third Party Reviews, Inspections) 3. Electrical System Design (Power Systems Design Distribution, Building Power System Analysis, Substation Relay & Protection, Medium & Low Voltage Design, Emergency and Stand-by power system Design, Lighting & Lighting Control Designs, Grounding Designs, Lightning Protection System Design, Arc-Flash and Coordination Studies) 4. Sustainable Design (Daylight Simulation, Lifecycle cost Analysis, Tax incentives & Rebate Analysis, LEED Certifications, Energy Code Compliance) -- Each article shall stress the importance and/or problems of these systems and how our firm provides efficient, accurate, precise, sustainable solutions/designs, etc. Each write-up shall be less than 500 words. We are a small electrical engineering/consulting firm and we provide the above services - hence the following are the write-ups that we need.
