The Columbus Rifle Club [login to view URL] wants a website which will have:
a calendar of upcoming events available to the public which can be edited and maintained by club officers through the website.
a document archive area accessible only to members which will include documents such as monthly club minutes, club by-laws & range rules, and other misc. club related documents. These documents should be either uploaded by club officers as pdfs or created on the site by officers and stored as pdfs using iText sharp or something similar
Club officers wish to be able to edit/and modify the text of the public portion of the website.
Members should be able to see a list of Club officers (including contact information email address & telephone number) when logged in.
The following information should be collected for each member and stored in the database: First name, Last name, address, City, State, zipcode, Pimary phone number, alternate phone number, email address, NRA#, NRA expiration date (some NRA memberships are lifetime). If the member is an officer, and what their position is. Certain club communications are sent out to members from time to time, a preference of whether they wish to recieve this information via email or United States Postal Service should be included.
A members login should be their email address, NRA number. IF an members NRA membership has expired then they should not have access to the site.
Not all members will have email adresses, but they should still be listed but unable to login to the members area of the website.
OFficers should be able view a list of all members, a list of members who wish to be contacted by email, and list of members who wish to be contacted via United Postal Service

Must be HTML5 / CSS3 complaint, No flash components (No VB script)
