Good day! Hope all is well with you. First of all I want to introduce myself, My name is Ira Mae
Era, from Philippines I have been working here in the Philippines since 2017 (6 Years) as an Admin
Assistant in my first year then became Operations Assistant, for now my Job Title became Operations
Coordinator working directly with our companies Operations Manager.
As an Operations Coordinator my daily task is to assist Operations Manager and Area Managers
concerns. Solving customers complain, making reports in PowerPoint based on companies template,
making Google Sheets, and providing support in daily operations of our stores.
With regards to the typing job/skills I can confidently say that I will be able to do my job properly. Having my experience and skills such as fast typing, familiar with Microsoft office, attention to detail, confidentiality. I am also a graduate of computer related course as Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
In addition to that, I can work independently, positive thinker, can reply fast, take inquiries, can
be able to solve customers complaints, and most importantly I’m willing to learn, to grow my existing
skills with your company.
With those experience and qualifications mentioned I think that would be my edge in landing a
project with you/your company.
