There should be no reason why your engineer couldn't supply the floor plan with all his specialties. I don't see why you need others to do you layout. Good luck....Ronald A.

Hi i would like to try and bid for this job, im a structural/civil engineer from the Philippines, a little back ground on my qualifications for this job, 1st the Philippine code is based on the American code so im familiar with the codes that needs to be used for your building, 2nd im a freelancer connected to a company based in new york that outsources some of their Engineering and architectural work needs to me. 3rd i will provide you architectural and structural detailing if you need for this structure. The only thing i cant provide is the blueprints but i can provide the pdfs or dwg file that you can have blueprinted, i specified 3 days because i dont know the full nature of the project to give me some working room, but of course this can be done sooner once i know the full details and scope of works.
