Develop designs from existing sketches to create a Development Application for construction of two architectural, two-storey, two-bedroom townhouses in Mayfield, NSW Australia.

Double brick and timber frame construction with roof deck.

Drawings are to be drawn in an AutoCAD .dwg format, with the working files provided to me so that I can make edits in AutoCAD and easily re-print the drawing set as necessary, after the service has ended.

Pre-DA statement and DCP Performance Assessment to be in .doc format for editing in Microsoft Word.

Drawings are also to be provided in PDF, to scale (refer to Newcastle Council Plan Standards) at A3.

Drawings are to be drawn in correct coordinates - GDA94 / MGA zone 56

Reviews:

I will provide hold-point reviews at 50% and 100% design stages.

I can provide advice throughout as well.
