engineered plans for getting existing greenhouse up to building code specs

I have an existing greenhouse that is "non-code non-engineered" (Conleys Cold Frame 1100 Series) on my property and code enforcement is pressuring me to get the proper building permits and get the greenhouse up to code, or face the alternative; demolition. I've spent alot of time, money and energy working on this greenhouse over the years, and i'm not keenon demolishing it. What I am looking for is a structural engineer to take a look at the existing basic structure (20' wide x 96' long), use the existing footings (6' on center) and whatever materials can be recycled, and design a greenhouse that can meet my local building code. The code requires the building to withstand 85 mph wind load and 20 lb snow load. The calculations relevant to those loads are very important in regards to greenhouse permitting. I can provide photos, the original assembly instructions and material list, relevant local building code resources and provide personal insights into the existing structure to the best of my ability. From an engineering aspect, this design seems very basic and easy to calculate. Essentially you just have the same truss/arch/gable repeated every 6 feet along the greenhouse for the length of the GH. I need the structural plans and calculations, stamped by an engineer and ready for submittal to my local building dept. I plan on sourcing the remaining materials and having the steel bent locally, and assembling the structure myself. I'm looking for someone who is willing to be crafty and innovative and be as cost-conscious as possible when we try to redesign this structure. This is an unusual job, and that's why i'm looking for a freelancer for this redesign.
