We are a glazing contractor located in Southern California. We fabricate and install Aluminum-Framed Entrances and Storefronts, Glazed Aluminum Curtain Walls, and other misc glass related products. We are looking to outsource Estimating material take-offs, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings. The attached project is a small school with (5) openings utilizing Arcadia AFG7251, 2-1/2 x 7-1/4, Thermal stacking system for one-inch glazing. Our request for this project is for a firm cost and lead time to provide the following items: Set of fabrication drawings based on the frame dimensions provided. Optimized cutting list for a TigerStop automated positioner, or excel file of optimized cut list. Sill cover fabrication drawing, using 0.063 formed aluminum with upturned jamb legs and splice sleeves. I am attaching: Framed dimensions based on field dimensions. Approved submittal drawings.
