Hi There, I am in the process to turn dwelling into a prescribed accommodation and need to optain a building permit to instal hardwired smoke protectors. please find attached a plan i got drafted earlier for the council, unfortunatelly not suffient enough. The house is a one story stand alone home. please let me know if you can help me with this and if there is anything else you need me to do. thanks heaps Linda 0491069798 I need a plan drafted that i can use to complie with the below: 6. Provide draftsperson/architects registration number. 7. Submit energy rating report & endorsed plans. 8. Provide engineers design, computations & certifications under Regulation 126, OR a statement from the engineer stating the floor loading etc. is fit for purpose 9. Provide illumination power density report (ie lighting schedule).
