You would need to have some experience to help with reducing the materials costs. The build will need to check on wind, snow and seismic tests for specs in Europa > Romania (tested within Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis). Walls and rooftop: 100mm Metallic Sandwich Isolated Panel Rooftop support: Howe Truss 1. Design all vertical and Horizontal elements 2. Design All Connections - with Robot Structural Analysis 3. Design of footings and grade beams 4. Make Optimisation to all sections to be minimum to reduce cost
