Mystery shopping - Automobile business -- 3

Individuals will be required to visit automobile dealerships incognito in order to assess the customer experience (over specified parameters) and review price adherence. Mystery shopping audits could be done at the dealerships or the dealership staff could be asked to visit the customer at home/ office. Visit will not be more than 30-60 mins and may be followed up by few follow up calls. Mystery shopper will also be responsible for providing audio recording of the visit as well as follow up calls and shall have to submit the report in a standard format. Mystery shopper will need to have a smart phone to do these audits. Proper details of dealership outlet, Vehicle to be shopped etc will be provided. Location : Delhi/ NCR
