I can see that you are targeting a focal length of around 10 to 20mm. While the the FOV you are targetting is quite large, the question whether you should go for aspheric optics or not is dependent on the quality of the collimation you are looking for. It also depends on what F# system you want. Looking at your system, it seems you will be going for F# at least 0.8 value. Have you considered any optics yet? Which vendor have you selected?
