Build a website that will provide a dashboard overview of a family’s financial situation, using the following data: Bank account Investment account Property value Debts outstanding Default history Tax compliance, e.g. whether all taxes have been paid Credit rating, e.g. the output from firms like Equifax We are not concerned about the UI at this point in time; rather we want to understand what is involved in getting access to the necessary data and presenting it in dashboard format. Factors that are of interest: Cost to get the data; Data storage (prefer to maintain minimal data on our server/s); Costs for using an AISP like Plaid, Truelayer or other. Frequency at which the various data are updated by the providers. The initial result should be a web page that requests the user connect bank, credit card, tax, and investment accounts and provide address information. A second page will present the user with bank transaction data sorted by categories, investment information, credit data, and property value information. Examples of apps that are similar are Emma and Blab, but we are interested in a website rather than an app.
