Build landing page (simple survey) + logo/icon

We're looking for a designer/developer who can create landing pages and surveys that drive conversions and move visitors through our sales funnel effectively. We're primarily focusing on the online dating market. Specific outputs requested: 1) a simple icon/logo 2) a survey landing page (multi-step questionnaire) The landing page will lead to an age verification form or pop-up. We will be producing many versions and testing them, so there is a lot of potential for follow-up work and larger projects after a successful outcome of this first project. We're happy to hire multiple freelancers on this starter project. Skills we're looking for: - Creativity - Clean, effective design - Proactive on the choice of pictures/words/design - Responsive - Clean coding We can provide examples upon request.
