I have a 2.4 acre wooded lot near berkely springs WV.
plan is to have a 10' raised platform with an industrial greenhouse on top. under the platform is all the utilities, parking, solar batteries, rainwater storage, workshops and a rental apartment. on top of the platform is a greenhouse about 60 x 90' with solar panels and living areas on the north side of the building. the raised platform should provide some security and minimise the need for outbuildings but also extend east and west some 20' for upper deck outdoor spaces. the greenhouse itself comes as a prefabricated kit from the manufacturer in alabama.
