House renovation architectural design in Canada

We have a two-story house in Canada and want to make renovations. We want to replace an existing attached single-car garage by a double, extend the living room, and add a in-ground pool with surrounding landscaping. We have the plans of the house in PDF format. We are open to suggestions and are seeking someone specialized in architectural visualization to :

[login to view URL] and implement 2 or 3 general ideas that we will review
[login to view URL] selection of our favorite idea, make a full render of the house interior and exterior, and 2D floor plans with dimensions that we can use for builder's quotes
Successful bidders will look at the picture of the house we attached and will write the color in the first sentence of their proposal - to let me know they have read the description.
A sample page and a few pictures of the house can be sent so you can make an estimate of the project size, on top of the one low-quality attached picture to this project. Upon freelancer selection, we can provide the cadastral plan, the full house plan and more high quality pictures although these are to remain confidential. The level of detail for the renders doesn't need to include complex furniture or too much detail. We are mostly interested in having an overall view of what our house could look like based on the new layout. We are requesting that all plans files are made available to us at the end of the project and will require to know which software is to be used (AutoCAD, or others). Based on the new layout, we might request optional modifications to the kitchen area and upstairs bathroom if the selected layout works well for us.
