Looking for an Engineer, Architect or Surveyor who is licensed within the State of Michigan to review and stamp site plans for a new commercial construction.
Experience with drainage design, lighting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical is ideal.
Additional future work may be available based on performance. Perc test & Survey complete, current CAD files are available with desired site layout however the municipality requires them to be stamped.
