Market Research Survey Programmers Needed

Hi, We are looking at hiring freelancers for one of our clients to do continuous programming work. The client has requirment where they can do contract for 3 months and promise 160 hours of work per month easily. Need to hire around 15 such freelancers who can work full time. The programmers need to be well trained in Dimensions (ConfirmIT tool) and should know IOM or TOM Module of programming very well. We will not entertain anyone who is not Survey Programmer so please don't waste your and mine time.
