Looking for a process designer who can create workflows using our in-house design tool. The workflows can range from mid - high level complexity. You will be provided with enough details on the various tasks / steps of the process flows to be designed, however we are looking for some one who can understand the business flows quickly and challenge the logical flow wherever need be. Applications without prior experience will not be pursued. While applying, please mention which process design tools you have used in the past and the number of years of experience in the same. Also please answer these 2 questions: 1. What tools have you used to document/visualize processes? 2. How much experience do you have designing processes?

Hey there, Your proposal seems really interesting for me. This is exactly one of my duties as a Business Analyst for 4 years in a SharePoint oriented IT company and then 2 years in a designer agency. I was using Microsoft Visio to visualize processes and additionally MS Word to describe the process in details - roles, logic, forms and fields, validations, notifications, integrations with other systems, etc. I had created the processes for credit management for small, middle and large clients for one of the biggest banks in Bulgaria - ProCredit. I've worked on numerous sales and contract management processes for one of the biggest telecoms in Bulgaria - Vivacom. I managed the account and also worked as a BA and PM. For 4 years, I worked with an Icelandic airline and designed an Onboarding / Offboarding process with Nintex Workflows for SharePoint 2010. For a US based company Contour Global, I have designed and created workflows for SAP Requests, Purchase Requests, On/Offboarding and other processes with SharePoint Designer Online. Good day. I have done process mapping and visualisation in ARIS as the industry standard, and also in Visio and Powerpoint for analysis. Previous BA experience, including process outcomes and process controls mapping. I have used this for process gap-analysis and gap closure project planning.
