I am looking for a developer to produce a stand alone commercial scaffolding tower estimating program. This software is to be used to produce quotations for buying and hiring the scaffolding tower. I have attached a zip file containing a PowerPoint showing competitor software that we need to copy and improve. I have also attached information showing the construction of the product being estimated - scaffolding tower. Only people who are familiar with (Autodesk) Dxf code and prove knowledge of programming with Dxf and/or graphical programming in C# or C should bid for this. Must have good communication skills, and be able to speak in English. Also you must be able to explain the concept of how to handle the visual side of things. I have other products that need software like this so the person with the correct experience may be eligible to work on a continuing project. Only serious contenders please.

Hi, I am an engineer of mathematics and worked for a textile company. My job was developing drawing application for manufacturing as a single developer. So I am familiar with DXF format. The languages of development were C and C++. You wrote that you prefer an expert in C but C++ is what you need. C is still okay if you insist. I will develop it in Visual Studio 2010. There will not be an operating system compatibility and graphical interface problem. The support after job and working for further projects are also ok for me. I can decrease( also increase ) the price and developing time after speaking about the details. I must say that i am not a member who bids for everything. This is my second bid for 6 months and sure that i am the one whom you are looking for. Thanks.
