Hello, Keys are not [login to view URL] wont be key duplicates in arrays. There will be a lot of records. For example I want to compare 200000, 50000 items. All actions should be computed on gpu. For example: int[6] keys1=[16,31,11,5,1444,8642] int[6] values1=[52,673467,5232,123,423,5432] int[5] keys2 =[5,19,31,11,9634] int[5] values2 =[643,4,256,1,467] should return: int[6] results_vals = [5233,666] int[6] results_keys = [11,5] I want to return keys which exists in both arrays with sorted sum of values from biggest to smallest. You can use Thrust or pure CUDA or whatever what can work very fast.
