Face images Enhancement python -- dont bid unless you read it complete

i have videos from security camera where faces are not clear , we need to identify each face in the video and make the face more clear even in different angle. We will manually upload video ,,, our software will identify faces from it and will save each person face in output folder of each video let’s suppose we have a video it has 8 people , it will get best image from it with best angle and will enhance it and will save it . it will create folder face 1 , face 2 , face 3 and will save each face in its respective folder .. 3 best images for each person make sure you check video example [login to view URL] Example video I mean if I upload any video from these camera the code will detect each faces and show me the faces clearly in an output folder with best accuracy You can use python or any easy way and fast.
