Hi. I am a hobby programmer. I developed a 2D board game on Microsoft Visual Basic about 15 years ago. Now I would like to transform it into a Unity game. I would like to program the game myself but I got stuck and need some online tutoring by someone who knows Unity (and ideally board games). My problem: I already programmed the board + tokens + dragging/dropping the tokens on the board but have difficulties assigning the value from the token to the field it is been dragged to or assigning the value to the field (for instance, in a matrix.) I propose a 2h - 3h Skype call (in english, german or french), showing my work in progress (about 250 lines of Unity C) and getting some instructions on how to get the token values onto the board.
