Hardware Assumption

Processor: Intel Atom (x3 or x5)

RAM: 2GB

Storage: eMMc 32GB or 64GB onboard

Connectivity: 10/100/1000 ethernet | Wifi a/b/g/n

Expansion: 4 x USB 2 ports

Output: VGA and HDMI

Power supply: Internal (Clover) - not essential but a nice to have

We intend to install LINUX on the above hardware (the machine)

The machine will be need the following items to inserted into the it:

• Screen (either VGA or HDMI)

• Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (USB Port)

• Headphones (USB Port)

• Power

What must be installed on the machine?

• Browser

• SIP Client

Who will use the machine?

• The machine will be used by a call centre agent.

• The call centre agent will open the browser. You must ensure that the browser only goes to a specific URL (which we will give you).

• The URL will display a list of telephone numbers to call.

• The call centre agent must be able to click onto a telephone number which will trigger the SIP client to make the call. Please note that we do not want to allow the user to type any number to make a call.

• The user must simply have an option to HANG UP the call (Nothing Else)

• We need to prevent user from typing into the Browser URL BAR which will invoke a call.

• We need to disable developer tools in the browser in order prevent the user from inspecting the HTML (which would allow them to make custom HTML elements on the fly)

We need the following from you:

1. Provide the installation instructions for one machine to be built

2. Provide source code for any customized software (SIP client and Browser)

3. If you need any interface design to customize the dialler please let me know.
