PIC subroutine for wireless networking

We require someone with knowledge of PIC programming and wireless device operation, to create a subroutine for use with within a PIC, to control point to point radio connections between a transmitting a receiving devices.
A simple but effective acknowledgment (ack) based system should be used to acknowledge data transmitted wirelessly by a transmitting device (TX) to a receiving device (RX).
