Rip sprites from a SNES game.

I am starting with the creation of a game and I need sprites so i can create a functional design of my game. What i am looking for is a person that can rip the visual sprites of the game attached of at least level 1. but preferable all levels, and also the audio files. Please tell me what you can achieve for me and how you plan to approach it in technical terms
