I need a sorting algorithm that sorts a number of rows depending on the values of column1 and column2. The sorting criteria is that a value in column2 cannot appear unless it has been used in a previous row in column1. I have uploaded a small excel sheet as an example. The algorithm can be written preferably in pseudo code or any other language and uses a rowindex to sort the table. you can use a function call which calls itself recursively.
