USB Game Controller for Windows

I would like to develop a simple USB game controller for Windows.
I understand this is very simple to do with hardware such as Arduino atmega32u4.
I have successfully created a controller using Arduino Pro Micro, however, Windows reads the controller as Arduino Micro.
I would like to hire someone who can write software on a single write microchip, so when the controller is connected, it shows up in Windows with my company brand name.
