What I would like is a program to parse motor vehicle location data, to understand the vehicle utalisation. For example, we have our fleet vehicles tracked by GPS, and are able to identify the date and time a vehicle has entered the office, and left the office. With this information, I would like a program to parse the raw log of this information, and identify the amount of time a vehicle has been sitting in the office, vs the amount of time the vehicle is out of office (effectively utalised). Log files should be able to contain more then one vehicle, with the application identifying each vehicle. The program should be able to run between user designated periods, and exculding times and dates. ie - run a vehicle report for january 2017 - between business hours (9am - 5pm), excluding weekends.

I know you've got a few bidders, but don't pass me up. This is cake walk for me and I'm not going to take 10 days to do it.
